INTRODUCTION

A. Background of the Paper

In a business activity, there are many kinds of various foods ranging from various pastries and wet cakes. These foods are widely available in the market with a variety of prices and flavors. Generally the quality of food depends on the price of the food. These various cakes are often a favorite of the community either as a snack or as a staple food companion.

In this case, I see a good opportunity to start a food business, especially wet cakes. One type of wet cake that many people are interested in is Sus and Risoles Cake.

Both of these foods are well known to the public as simple but delicious and filling foods, often being a favorite food for snacks or a staple food companion. In this endeavor, I want to make Sus and Risoles Cake business, whose quality is guaranteed, tasty and hygienic, but at an affordable price.

B. Purpose of the Paper

C. Implementation of Activities

This activity is carried out starting before the lecture starts at 08:00 - 09:00 and at the end of lecture hours at 12:00 - 13:00. The place we chose to carry out this activity was at Campus E, Gunadarma University.

A. Type and Product Selection

1. Product Type

The types of products sold are snacks, namely sus cake and risoles.

2. Reasons for Product Selection

Indonesian people are really like to eat snacks such as various fried foods and wet cakes. Sus cake and risoles are snacks that has affordable price, tasty, and like a lot. In addition, there are many students who like snacks.

B. Promotion and Marketing Strategies

The goal of the strategy that I implemented was to provide products directly to prospective buyers. In marketing this product, I store my merchandise in a family cardboard and then offer it to prospective buyers. The target is students in the Campus E environment at Gunadarma University.

C. Product Development Management

I don’t make this product directly, but I order it from the seller then I re sell it through going around the campus to sell the products.

CONCLUSION

Various wet cakes that are a people's favorite from Sus and Risoles cakes. This is very suitable for use as a snack or a staple food companion. This inspired me to sell quality Sus and Risoles Cakes at affordable prices.
